Patricia even managed aspects of the sale that would typically fall to the Seller, such as ensuring compliance with the most recent Massachusetts smoke and CO2 detector codes, scheduling the inspection with the Fire Marshall and obtaining the certificate of compliance. Her office utilizes the latest technology particularly with regards to e-signatures, all documents were executed electronically allowing for extremely fast and efficient document execution (no passing paper documents around for signatures!)
